Q. I haven't received my order. Who should I contact?
A. For "signed for" postage, you will receive tracking link from us. Use this to track your order. If you still have questions, contact our support team.

Q. I made an error when I placed my order, how can I make changes?
A. Simply send an email to support@jovanadesign.com, and tell us what you want would you like to change (NOT applicable for delivered products). Make sure you include your order number!

Q. Is my order sent discreetly?
A. All orders are sent in plain packaging with our address. As the company name you will only see "JK".

Q. How to take care about my swimwear?
A. 1. Avoid oil based suntan lotions. Hand wash your suit in cold water with a mild soap and then rinse it in fresh water after use. Mostly brightly coloured fabrics will fade in intensive sunlight. Do not line dry your suit in the sun, hang it to dry in the shade. Most suits will bleed the first few washings. This is normal, don't panic.The bleeding will stop. This is why it is important to wash your suit separately until the excess dye washes out. NEVER iron your suit, bleach your suit, put in the dryer, wash it with whites, or sit on abrasive objects. The stretch vinyl's, clearcoats, rubber, leatherlook and metallics are heat sensitive. You must avoid hot tubs and saunas with these fabrics. Hand wash your suits in these fabrics in cold water and hang to dry in the shower room. The shower room steam will remove most wrinkles. Metallic, holographic, rubber, leatherlook and stretch vinyl suits are some of the most beautiful suits made. They are also the most delicate. The metallic will wear off, and the vinyl will finally delimitate. Save these suits for special occasions.

Q. What about the ornaments you use in some suits?
A. The ornaments, including rings we use in our suits are nickel free, made of high quality materials to help prevent rusting and tarnishing. They can, however, become extremely hot if you are in the sun or on a tanning bed too long. Please use caution and discretion when wearing suits with metallic ornaments.
